Hello friends we are Kevin and Anna, a Lexington, Kentucky-based husband and wife wedding photography team.

Our story began at a local rock climbing gym, where we met and quickly fell for each other. Our love for rock climbing, hiking & the great outdoors made us a perfect match.

Our wedding took place in 2012 at Lost River Cave in Bowling Green, Kentucky. We cherish our wedding photos and all of the amazing moments that our photographer captured for us. Our passion is to do the same for you. We understand the magnitude and importance of capturing your wedding day because it only happens once.

Ohio Wedding at the Krippendorf Lodge at the Cincinnati Nature Center

Jordan and Evan’s wedding was at the Krippendorf Lodge at the Cincinnati Nature Center in Milford, Ohio. It is a special place for Evan and Jordan because it is where they love to spend time together hiking with their dogs. Jordan looked gorgeous in her silk wedding dress. Her girls wore long blue mismatched dresses. Their bouquets were filled with white flowers and greenery. Evan looked handsome in his navy suit, and his groomsmen wore grey suits. Their first look was under the beautiful forest canopy surrounded by winding paths, trees, and stones. It was so fun exploring the beautiful grounds of the Cincinnati Nature Center and celebrating their special day with all their family and friends. Jordan and Evan were married on the back patio of the Krippendorf Lodge overlooking the forest. During cocktail hour, the patio was transformed into their reception. The tables were decorated with white tablecloths and blue accents. The centerpieces were large glass vases filled with floating candles and greenery. For sunset, we found a beautiful open field where we celebrated Jordan and Evan by taking some gorgeous glowy photos. We have had so much fun getting to know Evan and Jordan and celebrating their love story.

Jordan and Evan met in college in their communication class. Their professor indicated that they would be a good couple. So they connected to talk about how wrong their professor was, but instead, their professor ended up being right. So for their first date, they went to a local steakhouse called Stockyard in Deland with another couple. Evan picked Jordan up for the night on his motorcycle. Before she was allowed to leave, all of her roommates made Evan come inside and answer questions about his intentions. It’s a memory they will never forget.

Evan knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Jordan. After dating for eight years, he decided to plan the perfect proposal. So they booked a weekend getaway in the winter in the Red River Gorge with their three dogs. Evan picked out the hikes and strategically made the last hike Sky Bridge. The Red River Gorge was a winter wonderland filled with snow and ice-covered trees. As Evan and Jordan walked their dogs over the arch, Evan stopped in the middle, where they took in the beautiful scenery. Evan then got down on one knee and asked Jordan to marry him. It was such a sweet moment, and she, of course, said yes. Afterward, we celebrated with them by taking some fun engagement photos. It was the most romantic and adventurous proposal. We are so happy for Evan and Jordan and wish them many years of love, happiness, and adventure. We are so happy for Evan and Jordan and wish them a lifetime of love, happiness, and adventure. Congratulation to you two, and thank you so much for choosing us to capture your special day.
