Kasandra and Jordan’s wedding was at the Mountain View Gardens & Ballroom in Springville, Alabama. It was a gorgeous wedding venue on top of a mountain overlooking the beautiful countryside. Kasandra looked stunning in her lace wedding dress and long cathedral veil. Her bridesmaids wore long green dresses, and their bouquets were filled with an assortment of bright flowers of pink, purple, and orange. Jordan looked handsome in his grey suit, and his groomsmen rocked white shirts with suspenders.
Kasandra and Jordan shared a romantic first under the forest canopy. They were married in a beautiful garden overlooking the mountains. Their reception followed in the ballroom. The tables were dressed in white linens with greenery and candles. Little figures of cats were also sprinkled around the room. Then, everyone made their way outside to enjoy the gorgeous evening. We loved celebrating Kasandra and Jordan by taking some epic sunset photos. We have loved getting to know Kasandra and Jordan and capturing their love story.
Kasandra and Jordan met while attending the University of Alabama. They had a class in the same building. Jordan noticed Kasandra randomly in the hallway one day. He decided that he had to meet her because he thought she was cute and loved her Totoro backpack. Jordan thought he had lost his chance after not seeing Kasandra for a month. One day he finally saw her again and had to run across campus for them to finally meet. Kasandra thought it was very sweet and was excited to get to know Jordan. Kasandra invited Jordan to watch the ducks on campus. Right away, they hit it off. For their first date, they went to the Birmingham Zoo.
Jordan knew he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Kasandra. They had a fun day planned in Birmingham that ended up being a bit of a mess. Jordan was going to surprise Kasandra and take her to the botanical gardens. Kasandra had to pick up her car from getting repaired. Unfortunately, the gardens closed while they were still at the garage. They turned the night around by going ice skating at the park in downtown Birmingham. Afterward, Jordan tried to get Kasanadra to go to Vulcan, a spot that overlooks the entire city, to look at the Christmas lights. Kasandra was uncooperative and hungry. Finally, Jordan was able to drag her to a beautiful spot in the park and propose. Kasandra was so surprised and excited. The best part was that Jordan proposed with a ring pop. He had always regretted not asking Kasandra out by proposing with a fake ring pop. Afterward, they went ring shopping and picked out the perfect engagement ring for both Kasandra and Jordan. We are so happy for Kasandra and Jordan and wish them a lifetime of love, happiness, and adventure. Congratulations, you two!’
