Spring Brunch Wedding Inspiration at Mustard Seed Hill in Millersburg, KY

We had the honor of teaming up with some fantastic wedding vendors to create this fun styled shoot at the gorgeous Mustard Seed Hill in Millersburg, Kentucky. It is also exciting because this shoot was recently featured in Volume 7 of Bridal Bliss Magazine. We all decided that a brunch themed wedding with citrus fruit and bright colors would be a dream. The inspiration came from nature’s oranges, blood-oranges, lemon-yellows, grapefruit pink, and vibrant lime greens. That translated into sliced citrus fruits throughout the shoot.

Mustard Seed Hill provided the breathtaking grounds and historic venue. We love how beautifully designed and decorated their venue is. The historic Mustard Seed Hill gave us multiple rooms with all kinds of southern charm and character from hanging chandeliers to a spiraling staircase. The styled shoot was designed and coordinated by Megan with Turnkey Memories (Florist) and Kaelyn with the Lexington Event Company (Planner). DaRae and Friends provided the gorgeous and delicious food filled with so much color and elegance. The fun fruity cocktails were provided by Amendment 21 Bartending and Castle and Key. Bryant’s Rental provided all of the rentals which included the linens, table decor (plates, stemware, cutlery, etc.) Sweet Lilu’s provided the stunning cake and desserts, and Simply Done invites provided the stationary. The bride’s attire was provided by Relix Bridal along with Atea Beauty for hair and makeup and jewelry by Meg C Jewelry Gallery. The groom’s attire was provided by Genos Formal Affair.

As the shoot came together, we loved the groom’s baby blue tux and bright yellow bowtie. The bride’s bouquet was filled with an assortment of bright flowers of yellow, orange, hot pink, blush, purple, white, and green. The food was especially fun with bright colors from macaroons, delicious appetizers, and fruity drinks. For the ceremony site, old window frames were used with cascading florals. We could not have asked for a more perfect styled shoot. A big shout out to all the amazing vendors that helped make this styled shoot happen.
