Red River Gorge Engagement Photos at Creation Falls and Rock Bridge

Sarah and Ben’s adventurous engagement session was at the breathtaking Creation Falls and Rock Bridge in the Red River Gorge. We had so much fun exploring the outdoors with these two love birds and hearing all about their love story. Ben and Sarah are perfectly matched for each other. They both have such big hearts for each other and those that they are around. We felt immediately like we were already best friends with these two. The hike down to the waterfall is a romantic walk in the forest. When you arrive at Creation Falls you find a creek with a long sandy beach. The creek takes multiple turns but leads to one of our favorite arches in the Red River Gorge the amazing Rock Bridge. All kinds of trees and other plants grow out of the arch creating a scenic backdrop perfect for celebrating Ben and Sarah’s love story. We finished their session at a beautiful overlook near Skybridge right at sunset. The sunset was magical and was the perfect way to end our fun adventure and celebrate with Ben and Sarah before their wedding day at the Cliffview Resort.

Sarah and Ben met while they were both attending Centre College working together in the tech department. They had multiple shifts that overlapped so it allowed them to get to know each other while they were working. Their first date was in their undergraduate’s school cafeteria. For their second date, they went to a local coffeehouse where they talked for hours. They finally decided to leave because it was getting late and they still had some homework to catch up on. Together they grew to be the best of friends and shared a love for many things including the outdoors. Since they both love to hike Ben knew that would be the perfect way to propose to Sarah. While they were hiking Ben asked Sarah to be forever his! Of course, the answer was Yes! We are so excited to share some of our favorite photos from their engagement session.
