September Wedding at Mary Queen Catholic Church and Evans Orchard

Sarah and Nathan's wedding ceremony was held at Mary Queen Catholic Church in Lexington, Kentucky and the reception at the Event Barn at Evans Orchard in Georgetown, Kentucky. Sarah and Nathan met while they were working at the same company together in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. After dating for several years Nathan knew that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Sarah. Sarah and Nathan planned a vacation to San Diego around Valentines Day to go to the beach. Sarah was shocked when he proposed on the beach. How romantic is that!

Sarah and Nathan’s reception followed at the beautiful and rustic Event Barn at Evans Orchard in Georgetown, Kentucky. This venue is absolutely gorgeous with rows of apple trees and a newly renovated barn. If any couple can weather the storm it is definitely these two. Their wedding day brought a crazy wind storm and torrential rain, but that didn’t stop them from enjoying their special day. The groom and his mother purposefully went out into the rain to have their dance together. Despite the crazy weather, we had the most spectacular sunset for a couple of photos. The reception was filled with laughter and smiles, these two really know how to have a good time. It was so special to see the love that these two have for each other and we were so blessed to be a part of it. We wish you all many years of love, adventure, and happiness.
