Summer Wedding at a Country Church in Harrodsburg, Kentucky

Emily and Braden’s wedding was so sweet and romantic. When we first met these two we could see something truly special. They both have such a heart of gold and are two of the kindest people you will ever meet. Emily and Braden were married at Emily’s church located in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. The church sits in the country in the middle of farmland and rolling hills. It was a special place to Emily because her father is the pastor of the church. Emily looked gorgeous in her lace dress from Twirl Boutique and Braden looked dapper in his navy suit. Emily’s bridesmaids looked beautiful dressed in fuschia while Braden’s groomsmen wore navy suits. The girl’s bouquets were stunning with hot pink peonies, blush garden roses, hot pink celosia, white ranunculus carnations, silver dollar eucalyptus and green berzilla berries. Their reception took place outside under the setting sun with fun yard games and dancing. For sunset, we took Emily and Braden across the street to a field with tall grass. The sun was shining brightly and beautifully. It was the perfect way to end their wedding day and reflect on their special day and the love they have for each other. Leaving their wedding we not only felt loved by their family and friends but also felt like we gained two incredible friends.

Emily and Braden met not by chance but by fate. Braden living in Arkansas and Emily living in Kentucky were brought together. From the moment they met, they knew it was something special and what they were both looking for. Braden proposed to Emily on top of the romantic pinnacles in Berea, Kentucky. He gave her a special book that showed her how much he loved her. The last page had a stick figure of Braden down on one knee saying will you marry me. When Emily turned around she found Braden down on one knee. To which Emily replied,“YES!
