Elegant Countryside Wedding at Duckworth Farm in Versailles, Kentucky

Terra and Shane’s wedding was at Duckworth Farm in Versailles, Kentucky. Terra looked beautiful in her long sleeve lace wedding dress. Her bridesmaids wore long, mismatched dresses, and their bouquets were filled with colorful flowers of pink and coral. Shane and his groomsmen looked handsome in their blue suits. Shane wore a white tie, while his groomsmen wore coral ties. Terra and Shane were married in the countryside close to sunset overlooking a beautiful pond. Their reception followed in a clear tent for dinner. The tent was decorated with hanging lanterns, farm tables, and gold chairs. On the tables were beautiful glass plates and stunning floral arrangements. After dinner, everyone went into the barn, where they cut their cake and danced the night away with a fun band. We have loved getting to know Terra and Shane, and it has been such an honor to capture this part of their love story.

Terra and Shane first met while working at Keller Williams. They had seen each other in passing and had done a transaction together. One day Terra went into an open house close to where she lived, and Shane happened to be hosting. Shane asked Terra out, but she didn’t go out with him immediately. After some persistence from Shane, Terra went out on a date with Shane to Bella Notte for dinner. Shane proposed in December of 2020. Terra came over to Shane’s house after just coming in from a house showing. Shane told her to get ready because they were going to the Kentucky Castle for dinner as a late birthday celebration. Terra didn’t think anything was up because they didn’t do much for Terra’s birthday a few weeks prior. When they checked into the Kentucky Castle, there were champagne and chocolate strawberries on the table. Shane told Terra there was something to celebrate, again thinking about her birthday. Terra went into the bathroom to look in the mirror for a second and came back out to find Shane was down on one knee and said, “I need to ask you something.” That evening they made all the calls to family and ate dinner there! We are so excited for Terra and Shane and, with them, a lifetime of love, happiness, and adventure. Congratulations, you two!
