WELCOME TO KEVIN AND ANNA'S WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY BLOG

Our story began at a local rock climbing gym, where we met and quickly fell for each other. Our love for rock climbing, hiking & the great outdoors made us a perfect match.

Our wedding took place in 2012 at Lost River Cave in Bowling Green, Kentucky. We cherish our wedding photos and all of the amazing moments that our photographer captured for us. Our passion is to do the same for you. We understand the magnitude and importance of capturing your wedding day because it only happens once.

Merry Christmas From The Thompson Family (Reflections From 2017)

This Christmas has been one that we have been dreaming of for almost 6 years! This coming January will mark our first year working full time together. I (Anna) can still remember dreaming together about owning our own business early on in our relationship. We have taken many twists and turns while following our dreams. At times we didn’t know if we could both successfully quit our day jobs and pursue our business full time. The journey has been very challenging and immensely rewarding. There were definitely times that we contemplated giving up on our business.  Taking the leap of faith was the scariest part for me. Once I jumped and quit my day job everything fell into place and worked out better than I could have ever imagined.

If you had told me 6 years ago today that I would be married to a handsome, fun, and amazing guy, grow a beautiful business together, adopt two adorable cats, and have all I could ever need I’m not sure I would have believed you. The year before Kevin and I met my world literally came crashing down. My dad was in the ICU where my family and I had been living for the past two weeks literally facing life and death possibilities each day. Heartbreakingly, my dad passed away just after Christmas and shortly after the funeral I had to return to Missouri for my last semester in college. It was the hardest year of my life with constant sorrow and completely not knowing where my life would end up.

I say all of this to hopefully encourage you that no matter what season of life you are currently in there is always hope. Every day I would wake up and just ask God to carry me, and day after day he did. Seven years ago I would have never thought that my life could change so dramatically and along the way, I would gain such a wonderful new family and friends. Every day I hold my family a little tighter and am so thankful for all of the blessings that God has given me. He has taken care of me in ways that I could have never imagined. Merry Christmas Everyone! LOVE Anna, Kevin, Glory, Ollie, and Emery. Thank you to everyone that has supported us this year and helped us follow our dreams.
