Kiley and Tyler were married on a beautiful day in July in downtown Lexington, Kentucky. Kiley and her girls got ready in an old romantic house near the historic Gratz Park. Their wedding was filled with all things blush and navy. Kiley was dressed in a beautiful lace dress and cathedral veil. All of her girls wore blush dresses and their bouquets were filled with peonies, garden roses, spray roses, white hydrangeas, and tulips. Tyler and his groomsmen looked dapper in their blue suits and classic blush bowtie. Tyler and Kiley’s ceremony was at St. Peter Catholic Church which was built in the 1900’s. The church is breathtaking filled with stain glass, pillars, and tall ceilings. Their reception followed after at the Hilton in downtown Lexington, KY. The tables were dressed with navy tablecloths and large vases with hydrangeas and tulips. Kiley picked out the perfect groom’s cake for Tyler because of his love for baseball. At sunset, we snuck Kiley and Tyler away to do some romantic photos over looking downtown Lexington. The golden light was so perfect and it was a special moment for Kiley and Tyler to celebrate their wedding day. We were so honored to capture their special day and the love that they have for each other.
On Tyler’s birthday, they decided to go out to dinner with his parents. After dinner, they were planning to meet some friends at a local brewery called CYO. After dinner, they had a little time to spare before meeting up with their friends. He told Kiley he wanted to take their to-go boxes back to the car. Tyler took Kiley the long way around to the back of the parking structure. It was really cold and Kiley didn’t understand why they were going that way. As they walked to the car Kiley could see a Gazebo with a table set up with champagne, roses, and a picture of them. When they arrived at the Gazebo Tyer dropped to one knee and asked Kiley to marry him. The engagement ring’s main diamond was from Tyler’s Grandmother’s ring. Tyler had Ulta Gems design the gorgeous setting. Together it made for a stunning and priceless engagement ring! We wish Tyler and Kiley many years of love, happiness, and adventure. A big shout out to all of the amazing wedding vendors that helped make their special day happen.
