The Bridal Bliss Bridal Show is your one stop shop to find the most perfect vendors for your wedding day. It is one of Lexington’s best bridal shows and has over 600 brides attend their January Bridal Show every year along with over 100 wedding vendors. They have at least 4 shows every year along with a bridal magazine. We were recently featured in the magazine and you can check that blog out by clicking here.
Everything you could think of and more is at this bridal show. From tasting amazing food and drinks to beautiful decor and viewing the latest bridal fashions. You will meet all kinds of amazing people that you can work with to make your special day perfect. The experience you will receive is one of a kind. Planning your wedding day can be very stressful and overwhelming. To get the most out of the bridal it is helpful to go in with a game plan. Here are a few things to consider before going to the show.
1. MAKE A LIST OF THE VENDORS YOU ARE MOST INTERESTED IN TALKING TO
There are so many brides and vendors at the show that it can be completely overwhelming when you first walk in. The secret to finding the best vendors is not to miss seeing them. Make sure to visit the Bridal Bliss website and check out the vendors and their work. Make a list of all of the vendors whose work that you really love. You will receive a map when you arrive at the bridal show that will help you locate the vendors you are most interested in. 2. USE THE BRIDESCAN APP
The BrideScan App allows you to scan the vendors that you enjoyed meeting and are interested in talking more with them. It allows the vendors to be able to reach back out to you and give you more information. Make sure to download it before you get to the show so that you can know how to use it when you arrive. Make sure to grab a copy of the magazine before you go so you can flip through some real Lexington weddings featuring many of the vendors that will be at the show. The magazine also has all kinds of helpful articles related to planning your wedding. It is a great free resource regardless of where you are in the planning stages. 4. BE ORGANIZED
You will be given so much information when you arrive that you may miss some of the vendors that you really want to work with. Bring a small notebook so that you can write down notes about each vendor that you like.
5. PRE-REGISTER:
Make sure that you pre-register for the Bridal Bliss Bridal Show, so that you don’t have to worry about doing it when you arrive. You can do that by clicking here.
6. DO NOT EAT BEFORE THE SHOW:
There are a ton of amazing caterers and cake companies offering all kinds of yummy treats to fill up your tummy with. Come as hungry as possible.
7. LEAVE YOUR PURSE AT HOME:
You are going to want to have your hands as free as possible to sample food, drinks and cake. Carrying a purse or coat around will be bulky and get in your way. Plus you will receive a bag at the entrance to the show that you can store things in.
8. SET UP A MEETING WITH VENDORS YOU WANT TO BOOK
If you really like a certain vendor you may not have a lot of time to speak with them at the show. Go ahead and set up a meeting with them in the next couple of weeks. We book 90% of our wedding by February and so it is smart to go ahead get as many vendors nailed down as you can. You don’t want to risk a vendor that you really love already being booked on your wedding date.
9. HAVE FUN
