Brittany and Tony’s wedding was on a beautiful summer day in Paris, Kentucky. Their ceremony took place at First Christian Church which was built in 1902. The church is in the heart of downtown Paris and has beautiful large ceilings and romantic character. Brittany looked gorgeous in her moscato lace dress with a long train and cathedral veil. Her bridesmaids were dressed in long campaign dresses with sweetheart tops. Thier bouquets were filled with pink roses and white calla lilies. Tony and his groomsmen looked dapper in their classic black tux and bowtie. Their reception was at Oasis Productions in downtown Paris on Main Street. The reception hall was filled with gold table clothes and blush accents. We took Brittany and Tony to the Wallis House and Arboretum to share an intimate moment at sunset on their wedding day. The garden was filled with large trees and beautiful flowers. It was the perfect place for Brittany and Tony to celebrate their special day with some alone time together. All of their family and friends danced the night away and celebrated the love that Brittany and Tony have for each other. We wish Brittany and Tony many years of love, adventure, and happiness. They are both so kind hearted and genuine and we felt honored to capture their special day.
The first weekend that Brittany moved to Lexington, she met Tony while he was working at a local bar. They quickly became good friends before they started dating. Their first date was none other than Buds Gun Shop. Tony and Brittany spent about an hour shooting all kinds of different guns. Brittany said that “It was definitely one of the more interesting and enjoyable first dates.” The proposal happened while they were visiting Las Vegas. Brittany and Tony were waiting in line to take their photo in front of the Welcome to Las Vegas sign. It was over 100 degrees that day, and their turn finally came. They walked out in front of the sign for their photo and at that moment Tony dropped down to one knee and asked Brittany to marry him. A big shoutout to all of the amazing wedding vendors that made this day possible. Make sure to check out the creative team listed at the bottom of the blog.
