Happy World Photo Day everybody! I can’t believe that photography was first invented 177 years ago today. All of the early cameras and photographs fascinate me. In celebration of photography, I am sharing my top 10 nature photographs that I have ever taken. Hope you all enjoy. Please message me if you have any questions about any of the photos. This photo was taken at the 2014 Spring Race Meet at Keeneland Racecourse in Lexington, Kentucky. The colors all blended together so perfectly for this photo. http://www.keeneland.comThis is one of the most spectacular sunrises I have ever seen. I was out at Ramsey Farm located in Nicholasville, Kentucky. The combination of the sun breaking the horizon, the fog and the geese made for a breathtaking moment. I was so lucky to be there to capture this moment in time. http://www.ramseyfarm.comSunset at Zion National Park in Utah with the Virgin River and the Watchman Mountains. This is by far one of the most spectacular places we have ever visited. If you go be sure to hike up to Angel’s Landing and through the Narrows. https://www.nps.gov/zion/index.htmThe photo on the left is of Mooney Falls which is located on the Havasupai Indian Reservation which is a part of the Grand Canyon. You have to hike ten miles into this amazing oasis, but the trip is well worth it. Be sure to check out his unbelievable paradise: https://www.nps.gov/grca/planyourvisit/havasupai.htm
The photo on the right was taken an Antelope Canyon in Paige Arizona. This is another one of Arizona’s most spectacular treasures. Pay a little extra money to go on the photography tour so that you can have more time to enjoy the canyon. We used the Antelope Canyon Navajo Tours and they did an amazing job.You have to have a guide to enter into Antelope Canyon: http://navajotours.comA mom and her foal having some fun in their paddock at C.C.
